WILMA is a non-profit organization for young women who have a deep interest and burning passion for film and/or music productions.

Here at WILMA, we strive to bring out the best of our apprentices through the guidance from our experienced and dedicated partners; from providing tips to the secret trades on how you can easily start your own music and movie projects. You will also have the opportunity to lead and run a cost effective, low budget project. 

 

Music and film industries are mainly dominated by men. Therefore, WILMA would want to contribute and help elevate the status of women's involvement in these fine industries by providing proper, professional guidance, support while building confidence through our mentorship programmes.
